For organizers

Submit your event — it’s free

This Week in Murfreesboro exists to surface the events the big calendars miss. If you’re running something in Murfreesboro, we want it: concerts and club nights, markets and festivals, library and school programs, church suppers and fundraisers, rec leagues and classes, gallery shows, campus events, neighborhood gatherings. If it’s open to the public, it belongs here.

What to send

• Event name and a one-line description
• Date and time (and end time, if you have one)
• Location — venue name and address
• Cost — or say it’s free
• A link — tickets, a page, or a post with details
• Your contact info — only used if we have a question; never published

Every submission is read by a human before it runs. Listings are always free — submitting is how the long tail gets covered. (Want prominent placement instead? That’s the sponsor page.) Submissions for each Wednesday’s issue close Tuesday evening.
